We conduct inspections to assess the current condition of pavements, road accessories such as guardrails, and signs, with the goal of ensuring our customers can travel safely. We also identify any anomalies, monitor changes, and make necessary diagnostics to ensure the road infrastructure remains safe and well-maintained.

We conduct condition assessments, anomaly detection, and diagnostics of road structures such as bridges, tunnels, and road embankments using techniques like close visual inspections, impact testing, and tactile examinations.

We assist NEXCO Central Japan in the ordering and estimation of repair, improvement, and new construction projects for road structures such as pavement, bridges, and tunnels. Additionally, we implement safety management, schedule management, and quality management to effectively oversee the construction works.

We collect, organize, and analyze inspection results and various data to develop effective and efficient plans for repair works.

We gather and organize asset management data and drawing data related to road assets, creating foundational documentation for the management and planning of repair works on the expressways.

We conduct inspections of trees, structures, and other facilities on the expressways, as well as surrounding areas, including rest facilities, to ensure proper management and check for any abnormalities or damages.

To ensure that facilities are always in proper working condition and well-managed, we perform statistical analysis and failure analysis based on inspection results. We also create foundational documentation for inspection plans, repair plans, and maintenance plans. Additionally, we review inspection methodologies and frequencies through the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.

We monitor the facilities 24/7 using remote monitoring and control systems. The results of this monitoring are recorded and analyzed statistically. We also collaborate with inspection tasks and other related operations to provide appropriate maintenance support.

To ensure that facility equipment operates properly and maintains its full performance and functionality, we conduct functional inspections and structural inspections. These inspections provide accurate assessments of the facility's current condition, monitor abnormalities and changes in its status, and make informed diagnoses to keep it running smoothly.

We collaborate with facility maintenance management tasks to perform appropriate cleaning and other necessary works. We also review the methodologies and frequencies of the tasks as needed. Additionally, to ensure the intended functionality of facilities and equipment, we conduct repairs, maintenance, and periodic inspections.

We organize and collect facility asset management data and asset management drawing data, conduct investigations and aggregations, and create foundational documentation for financial statements and other purposes.

We assist NEXCO Central Japan in ordering and estimating new and improvement construction projects for facility equipment. Additionally, we effectively manage the construction works by implementing safety management, schedule management, and quality management practices.

We conduct analyses of various data, including vehicle traffic and ETC device operation history, to understand issues and estimate their causes. Additionally, we perform activities to replicate and verify events to ensure reproducibility and validation of our findings.

Based on customer service and management operation policies, we consider route characteristics and other factors to develop operational plans (traffic, snow and ice, maintenance, etc.). We also conduct evaluations regarding the arrangement, method, and scale of road accessories to establish fundamental principles for these matters.
