Approach to Human Resource Development

We are dedicated to nurturing individuals, enhancing skills, and promoting a safety-first mindset.

Our aim is to develop employees who can comprehensively manage high-speed road maintenance with a focus on safety and possess advanced technical expertise. Through on-the-job training (OJT) as a foundation, we support their skill development through various educational programs.

Safety Education (Safety Culture Development Academy)

To share our company's fundamental belief that "safety is the utmost mission of high-speed road projects" and to cultivate a corporate culture where each employee possesses a strong awareness of safety, we conduct a training program called the "Safety Culture Development Academy" at our safety training facility. Using various resources, including audiovisual materials, we aim to foster safety consciousness and a sense of safety among our employees.
