In order to respond appropriately to various risks associated with business activities, our company has set up a risk management system as part of our internal control system, to ensure reliable operation of our risk management system throughout the company.

Risk Management

We define risks as anything that prevents our company from achieving the missions we undertake, and have set forth "Risk Management Rules" that stipulate how to manage risks.

Further, in order to cross-organizationally control the various risks surrounding us, a risk management committee, which conducts regular reviews and discussions, has been set up with the president as the chairperson.

As we promote risk management activities with focus on the management team, we are also working on structuring a system to systematically, autonomously and continuously apply the PDCA cycle for each individual risk factor, one example being, setting up sub-committees and dispatching risk managers to each branch.
