Outline Sensor

Overview

The outline sensor installed in a restroom stall keeps track of the state of the stall before and after use. If the system detects an unusual situation, such as things left behind or fallen persons, it alerts the user with sound and light.

Reason for development

Many customers have left their belongings in restroom stalls of rest facilities on expressways. Finding a solution to this problem is a serious issue.
This product was developed not only to notify users of forgotten items but also to automatically detect and notify users about someone who has fallen over in the stall, for example due to sudden illness. This ensures the safety of the restroom space and makes users feel more secure.
