- Overview
-
We provide comprehensive support for the management of concrete structures, from on-site investigations to analysis, testing, diagnosis, evaluation, proposal of repair methods, and follow-up investigations.
- Features
-
Fast and efficient diagnosis
- We identify damage to structures, and propose and implement efficient and appropriate investigation methods based on past investigation data and diagnosis cases.
- Various analyses and tests on concrete are carried out in the testing laboratory (Kanazawa) with its well-equipped testing facilities.
- Highly accurate diagnosis and evaluation based on the test data.
Reduced cost and work period
- We propose economical countermeasure construction according to the deterioration grade (economical countermeasures are proposed in consideration of shortening the construction period and reducing the environmental burden as well as cost).
- Equipment used for diagnosis (example)
-
Electron Probe Micro-analyzer (EPMA)
The Electron Probe Micro-analyzer (EPMA) is a scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with a wavelength dispersive spectrometer (WDS) and an energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS). The following analyses are possible using this device.
- Quantitative analysis (point analysis, line analysis, area analysis: elemental mapping)
- Qualitative analysis (point analysis)
- SEM observation (SEM image observation of fracture surface of alkaline silica gel or steel)
- Surveys and Tests
